CAREER COUNSELLING CELL
The Career Counselling Cell of the College was established in 2011 and this vibrant unit has been working since then to uphold student welfare issues in relation to their career prospects and job opportunities.
The aims and objectives of the Career Counselling Cell of Netaji Nagar College are as under:
- Create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives.
- To provide guidance to the students on various options available in the course of their study.
- To identify and develop students’ abilities and interests
- Soft Skill development
- Communication ability to crack the competitive exams
- To provide information to the students on the scope and relevance of any area irrespective of their field of interest
- To recognise their strength and overcome any weaknesses
- Guide the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives.
